Celebrate your wedding day in brilliant style. We have international experience in planning the perfect event, and can offer many levels of service to fit your needs.
Catering: More Than Just The Food
Many people don’t realize all of the duties that the caterer performs at the wedding. Here is a list of just some of the things a caterer does during a full service event:
- Setting up all of the tables and chairs (and moving the chairs after the ceremony to around the tables)
- Putting on all of the linens, and setting the place settings, such as the napkins, glasses, flatware, etc
- Putting your wedding favors at each place setting
- Serving the food, and picking up all of the dishes
- Serving drinks
- Continually cleaning throughout the event
- At the end of the night, taking all of the trash/recycling, and cleaning up from the event. Putting away all of the tables/chairs, etc.
- Keeping the “flow” of the evening going (i.e. letting you know it’s time for cake service, or toasts, asking the DJ to start, etc)
- Continually providing help to your guests throughout the event
Service Options
There are many levels of service that we can provide for your event...
- Full-Service Catering: Not only will we provide fantastic food, but we can also provide all of your rentals including set-up and break-down, all of your bar needs, and professional service. We can do plated service, buffets, family style or pick-up service (see below).
- Pick-Up Service: Sometimes all you need is a little something extra. We offer three side dishes that can be picked up from our kitchen for your event; perfect for those of you who want to grill your own meats. Delivery available, contact us to discuss.
- Bar Service: This is optional. You may use us, but it is not required. We also allow you to provide your own alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for the event, and we can serve them for you.
- Rentals: We can provide all of your rental needs, including but not limited to: tables, chairs, linens, glassware, place settings, and park benches. We can handle the rental, set-up and break-down of your entire evening. Leave it to us, so you don't have to worry.
