Budgeting For Party Staff & Miscelaneous Costs...

Servers, bartenders and kitchen assistants earn anywhere from $9-$20/hour,
depending on the date of your event (low vs. high season). On-site chefs
earn $15-$25/hour.

For sit-down service, estimate one server for every 10 guests. Buffet service
and events with hors d'oeuvres only may allow for less staff.
- Gratuities are 20% and
are added onto the bill. A
nonrefundable deposit of $500 is required upon menu acceptance. We can
accommodate changes in head count up to 10 days
before your event.
