Budgeting For Food...
- Buffet-style or sit-down meals are most often
listed with a fixed per person price for three sides (hot & cold),
breads, and two entrees. We will suggest meals that blend successfully;
however, we are here to make your event yours. Don't be afraid to let us
know what you want; we want to make this your event of a lifetime.
- Passed hors d'oeuvres and stationary hors
d'oeuvres platters can either have fixed prices, and once they are done
they are not replenished. Or, they can have per person prices and be for
the duration of the hor d'oeuvres event. Keep in mind that just because
hors d'oeuvres are smaller, doesn't make them cost less. In fact, hors
d'oeuvres parties are usually going to cost more, but create a much
different atmosphere. For longer parties, we recommend no more than
eight items. Expect menu prices to vary depending on guest count, type
of item, and style.
- Drop-off lunches for corporate events include
flat-fee pricing that depends on frequency, head count and menu variety.
