Budgeting For Service Items & Equipment...
- Set-up requirements depend on the event
location, size and duration. In addition to glasses, plates and cutlery,
certain kitchen equipment might also have to be rented for very large
parties or at locations without any kitchen facilities. You may want to
add linens, napkins, chairs and accessories such as votives, salt/pepper
shakers, and bread baskets to make a basic setting. Talk with our event
coordinators to find up-to-date prices on these items and more. When
choosing a location, see if their prices include tables and chairs. A
location that includes these may seem more expensive up-front, but might
end up saving you money in the end.
- Drop-off food service prices include basic
items such as containers, serving utensils, and sternos. Plates,
napkins, flatware and cups are sold separately.
- If you are looking to save, disposables are often an option.
Disposable plates, cake plates,
champagne flutes and paper napkins are a way to reduce party costs;
high-end disposable items are especially recommended and we can provide
samples for your consideration.
