About Cork & Bottle Catering
“...It was a pleasure working with Cork and Bottle Catering for our wedding day. Talia did a terrific job planning a menu that we knew would please the wide range of tastes our family has. She was instantly available by phone and email during the whole planning process; she also gave us lots of helpful advice during this time. The food was wonderful! We highly recommend Cork and Bottle Catering for your special occasion...”
Our Product
Not only does Cork & Bottle make great food using fresh local ingredients, but we display it in style. Like our cheese platters served on antique granite bird baths for instance, or our wild salmon served over a bed of fresh rosemary. And all for a very competitive price.
We also take advantage of the finest food the Northwest has to offer. Picture dairy cows happily munching away in misty green fields at a Washington creamery or vine ripened tomatoes soaking up the sun in view of Mt. Hood. Take a look at just a few of the outstanding food purveyors we use.
Community
We feel fortunate to be part of a wonderful community here in the Gorge. These are just a few of the ways that we are proud to give back...
- Donated a catered event to The Grape Escape, a fundraiser benefiting the White Salmon Valley Education Foundation.
- Gave a discounted event to Lea Rachford's campaign for County Commissioner
- Gave discounted services to The White Salmon Riverfest
- Helped out Dog River Cycles by giving a discount for their grand opening party.
- Gave to the Kamchatka Project-
Local kayaker Andy Round is part of a team attempting to kayak the rivers of the Kamchatka Peninsula in Eastern Siberia. They hope to raise awareness about protecting one of the last great expanses of wilderness in the world. One quarter of the salmon in the world call this area their home. The peninsula now faces an influx of development and exploitation. Visit their website to find out more about how you can help.
